Welcome to my digital portfolio!

I am an adaptable, creative, well-rounded communicator. Studying multimedia journalism has equipped me with basic skills in several communications specialties. My personal favorites are investigative, long-form written content and radio/podcast production. I have been conducting interviews since 2022; talking to strangers comes naturally to me. Hand me a document or an audio file to edit, and I’ll do it with gusto.​

​​From January to December 2022, I worked for The Rocket, Slippery Rock University's award-winning, student-run newspaper. In that time, I wrote dozens of professional-quality articles for the Campus Life section, now called Student Life. A few of these articles are showcased here, along with more contemporary articles written for an advanced media writing class this year.

When I’m not writing or editing, I like to travel the U.S. by train: I’ve visited 21 out of 50 states so far. I also enjoy browsing Wikipedia, making terrible puns and taking photos.
